VP of Small Commercial Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Small Commercial Operations and Servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational plans for the Small Commercial business unit, enhancing service and processing operations
• Exercise fiscal oversight, implementing annual operating plans aligned with strategic objectives
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, promoting continuous improvement and engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; post-graduate studies preferred
• Professional designation such as CPCU is highly desirable
• Over ten years of experience in personal/commercial lines insurance or related fields
• Six years of experience in commercial lines underwriting and/or sales with leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial lines business operations
