Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years leading finance functions at a strategic level, ideally in blockchain, fintech, or digital payments
• Strong background in decentralized finance, token systems, and blockchain-based business models
• Proven ability to develop financial frameworks that support rapid innovation and scale
• Experience guiding executive teams through complex financial decision-making
• Track record of building high-performing finance teams in technology-driven environments
