VP of Application Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage geographically dispersed application development teams and oversee their coaching and career development
• Drive applications toward modern designs and methodologies while ensuring alignment with business needs
• Oversee technical processes from design through deployment and ensure compliance with established standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in coding and application development, including roles as a developer and software architect
• 7+ years of experience in Software Development Leadership
• 7+ years of experience in software design, development, QA, and delivery
• Must complete CJIS training and pass a secondary FBI Level background check
