Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Engineer- SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance for system implementations, troubleshooting, and operational support
• Mentor team members and support the development of new contact center capabilities
• Perform daily system monitoring and support new project development including analysis and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proven experience with contact center platforms such as Genesys and NICE
• Intermediate skills in Cisco routing, switching, and data networking
• Strong understanding of network and voice infrastructures, including LAN and WAN
• ITIL v3 Foundations certification required
