Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advice Line RN - Ortho.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls and provide nursing coordination for patients
• Schedule patient appointments and process referrals while collecting demographic and insurance data
• Provide patient education, answer clinical questions, and enter information into electronic medical records

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing; BS RN preferred, CNS RN preferred
• 4 years of varied nursing experience required, with some in inpatient nursing; ambulatory nursing experience preferred
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia or eligible to sit for the Virginia licensure exam
• Must complete orientation and competency requirements; AHA BLS-HCP preferred
• Advanced nursing skills and knowledge across specialties required
