Vietnamese Interpreter

Job Summary

A company is looking for Vietnamese Freelance Interpreters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-phone consecutive interpretation between multiple languages and English
• Perform sight translation of written documents as required
• Conduct quality control reviews of translated documents as needed

Required Qualifications

• One (1) year of training, education, and/or related experience in interpretation
• Highly proficient in both English and Vietnamese, ILR scale of 2+
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese, including various language registers and colloquialisms
• Ability to maintain appropriate speed and projection during interpretation
• Experience with clarification requests when justified
