Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, General Manager - SMB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the hiring and onboarding of the core SMB team and develop a comprehensive product assortment strategy
• Oversee the creation of SMB-specific product designs and finalize customer segmentation strategy in partnership with Marketing
• Manage the SMB business P&L, drive ongoing business growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to support operations and customer experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or consumer marketing, with a focus on SMB or prosumer segments
• Proven success in launching and scaling new business lines or product categories
• Deep expertise in assortment planning and performance-driven digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments is strongly preferred
