Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions
• Serve as a key financial partner to the executive team and support strategic M&A initiatives
• Manage financial reporting and data demands from private equity sponsors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, including senior leadership roles
• Experience in the AEC industry or related project-based services environment is a plus
• Experience working with private equity sponsors and managing reporting for sponsor-driven transactions
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or equivalent budgeting/forecasting platforms
