Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scribe Specialist to support Veterinarians by managing administrative tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Access and summarize audio recordings of Veterinarians into clear medical records using WOOFware software
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing team meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • At least one year of experience as a certified Technician or Veterinary Assistant, or two years in an administrative role in a Veterinary hospital, or currently enrolled in Veterinary School
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and quality medical record keeping
  • Typing proficiency of approximately 45 words per minute
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
