Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Consultant to analyze customer data and demonstrate the measurable benefits of their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify and quantify key business drivers for customers
• Build customized business impact analyses and ROI calculators for customers and prospects
• Present business cases and financial justifications to C-level stakeholders and budget owners

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Sales Consulting, Customer Success, Business Consulting, or Financial Analysis in a SaaS environment
• Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, Telecom, CX, or related industries preferred
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Ability to extract and interpret customer data to create business cases
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams in a SaaS company
