UX Researcher and Content Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher / Content Strategist to support their API management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observational studies
• Design and moderate user research sessions, analyzing findings to provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate user research into product development

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to receive DHS EOD suitability
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of hands-on experience conducting UX research, preferably with API developers/engineers
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Proficiency with research tools and software
