Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Researcher to conduct user research and provide actionable insights for a Fortune 500 insurance company.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research using various methods and translate findings into actionable insights
• Contribute to UX and Market Research processes, defining objectives and gathering continuous customer feedback
• Plan and lead design thinking workshops and define research roadmaps with stakeholder teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of UX or Market Research experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
• Expertise in qualitative research methods such as usability studies and interviews
• Proficiency in quantitative research methods, including surveys and data analysis
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
