Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer to join their UX Design team within the Product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products, focusing on online loan and bank account applications
• Create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and clients to iterate on design solutions and present design concepts to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems and contribute to advanced projects
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills within defined procedures and practices
• Experience applying user input and expert knowledge to inform design decisions
• Familiarity with design tools and methods for creating and testing user experiences (Figma and Axure preferred)
