Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Experience Designer to support its Marketing and Brand teams in creating user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user journeys across marketing websites and campaign experiences
• Conduct UX research to inform design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment
• Translate marketing goals and user insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while ensuring accessibility and performance best practices

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS in Design, Marketing, or Psychology preferred
• 3+ years of experience in UX design focused on marketing or branded digital experiences
• Proficiency in Figma and equivalent design tools
• Experience conducting UX research and usability testing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and impact on engagement or conversion
