Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to assist in collecting on accounts and providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect on accounts that are less than 60 days past due
• Provide top-tier support and service to customers

Required Qualifications

• Customer service and prior collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Computer and typing proficiency, with experience in a call center environment
• Located within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT, with a designated home workspace
