Manage the entire research process, including planning, conducting research, and reporting
Required Qualifications
BS or MS in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, HCI, Anthropology, Psychology, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in user research for digital products and services
Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools such as Qualtrics and Amplitude
