Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Operations, Product Support specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate businesses against established criteria for ad product eligibility
• Resolve consumer project claims and facilitate communication between businesses and customers
• Coordinate with stakeholders for prompt case resolution and support new advertiser product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
• Tech fluency and comfort with online tools and platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with spreadsheets like Google Sheets or Excel is a plus
