User Experience Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design UX studies, including research methodologies and participant recruitment
• Conduct usability testing activities for hardware and software products
• Collect, analyze data, and report findings to cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in user research, specifically usability testing
• Experience with both in-person and remote user research studies
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent moderation and facilitation skills for research sessions
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
