• Manage participant recruitment systems and collaborate with external agencies
• Oversee software license administration and ensure compliance with data security protocols
• Document standard operating procedures and manage the research backlog for resource prioritization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an operations role
• 5+ years of experience in the UX Research field and familiarity with participant recruiting methods
• 5+ years of experience with budget management
• 5+ years of experience documenting operating procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and process mapping software
