Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Researcher to manage operations within the UX Research team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage centralized systems for participant recruitment and liaise with external recruitment companies
• Document standard operating procedures and manage data security and compliance
• Oversee the research backlog and assist Research Managers with budgets and resources

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UX Research field and participant recruiting methods
• Minimum 5 years of experience in budget management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in documenting operating procedures
• Experience working in an operations role within a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
