Position: Store Center Associate (Remote)

Location: Remote – U.S. based applicants only
Pay: $22–$26/hour

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with UPS Store services including shipping, returns, mailbox rentals, and packaging
– Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
– Provide information about pricing, delivery estimates, and store hours
– Troubleshoot service issues and escalate complex requests as needed
– Update customer records and log support interactions accurately
– Deliver a positive, brand-aligned customer experience remotely

Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED required
– Previous customer service, retail, or UPS Store experience is a plus
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to multitask while using digital tools and databases
– Reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Compensation:
