Job Description

We are looking for ambitious, forward-thinking individuals who thrive in a flexible, home-based environment. As a Sales Executive, you will build and manage a book of business through targeted prospecting and effective closing strategies, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. Your dedication and drive will be key to your success.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: At least 2 years of top-performing B2B sales experience, conducted exclusively by phone within the past 2 years (references required).
• Confident, articulate communication in various settings.
• Self-motivated and naturally assertive.
• Strong writing and computer skills, with the ability to type 50+ WPM.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Technology Requirements: Reliable PC running Windows 10 or newer, high speed internet, and USB headset.

Compensation and Schedule
• Hourly base: $18.00 per hour plus uncapped residual commissions and startup bonuses.
• Hours: 20 hours per week (M-F, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm EST).

Your Responsibilities
• Prospect and build your customer base using Unishippers’ CRM tools.
• Set appointments, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide pricing analyses and ensure prompt follow-up on customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the support team to maintain high customer satisfaction.
