Job Summary Performs clerical support functions for the patient care unit. Performs environmental control, revenue reconciliation, inventory management, data entry processing, and troubleshooting issues. Assists in the delivery of direct nursing care as appropriate to meet the needs of the clinical area, unit and/or department, and according to established policies and procedures. -Responsible for providing administrative support to a group of nonexecutive employees in a patient care department, typically a nursing unit. -Manages and distributes information within an office and clinical reception, answers phones, greets visitors and patients and maintains patient records. – Performs other duties as assigned – Complies with all policies and standards Qualifications Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Associate’s Degree Related Field of Study preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
