Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operational support for the UKG Pro WFM platform
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to configure and optimize system functionality
• Ensure data integrity and support workforce planning initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or 3+ years related UKG Pro WFM experience
• 2-4 years of experience implementing UKG Pro WFM with hands-on configuration and optimization
• Ability to troubleshoot in-depth application issues
• Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM workflow
