Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust and Safety Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce processes related to the Acceptable Use Policy, addressing issues like spam and malware
• Conduct hands-on evaluations of cloud abuse and manage customer investigations transparently
• Analyze network traffic for compromised systems and advocate for product improvements based on abuse trends

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Trust and Safety, Abuse Operations, or Cloud Security
• Subject matter expertise in cloud hosting attacks and abuse
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line interface
• Ability to validate claims and assist customers in correcting service policy violations
• Passion for security and the safety of customers and the internet
