Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Service Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of treasury products and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients to support their day-to-day servicing needs
• Develop relationships with clients to identify solutions and improve their experience
• Coordinate client documentation and assist with the implementation of new Treasury Management products and services

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• 5+ years of proven customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of Cash Management products and services
• Ability to work independently as well as in team environments
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
