Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Support Specialist who will manage inquiries and provide ticketing support for travel advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support inquiries related to GDS Sabre and provide overall customer service
  • Research and troubleshoot service desk questions while managing ticket queries
  • Assist advisors with ticketing and serve as backup for Advisor Support Coverage desk
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in Sabre with 5 years of experience
  • Experience with multiple GDS platforms, preferably Travelport Plus
  • Deep knowledge of Sabre formats and the international reservation process
  • Able to handle difficult situations with minimal guidance
  • Flexible hours are required for this position
