Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to support its growing platform in commercial real estate investment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the proposal and transaction pipeline for real estate investment sales and financing transactions
• Manage deadlines, milestones, and updates during the production cycle of proposals and transactions
• Coordinate between transaction team, firm departments, and third parties for presentations, submissions, and due diligence

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is a plus
• Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in management, finance, or a related discipline preferred
• Proactive and assertive in dealing with clients and third parties
