Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain pipelines, run exceptions reporting, and oversee client rebuttals
• Manage communication with internal and external partners for loan trade settlements and securitizations
• Coordinate with internal groups and manage relationships with buyers, sellers, and counterparties

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a relevant Transaction Management role, preferably in a Due Diligence environment
• Deep understanding of due diligence scope of work for various mortgage loans
• Working knowledge of residential mortgage secondary market transactions
• Experience in consulting with clients and executing business objectives in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to grow service offerings within existing client relationships
