Transaction Flow Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Flow Specialist, responsible for managing transaction flow processes in healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement insurance recovery and patient pay workflows
• Research and identify root causes of edits and denials, developing error prevention initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive performance improvement in transaction processes

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• Two years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
• One year of experience in healthcare accounts receivable billing
• One year of experience resolving insurance payer denials
• Experience with both technical (UB) and professional (1500) billing preferred
