Training & Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training & Development Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Deliver engaging training sessions in both in-person and virtual formats
• Assess training effectiveness and maintain records of completed sessions and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a learning & development role focusing on training design and delivery
• Proficiency in multiple learning modalities and learning technologies
• Experience designing training for diverse, multicultural audiences
• Preference for candidates fluent in Spanish and English
