The Training & Development Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving BAM!’s training strategy and materials for both full-time and seasonal program staff. This role is crucial in equipping Program Managers, Coordinators, Instructors, and Site Leaders with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to deliver high-quality, consistent, and inclusive learning experiences across all BAM! Sites.While supporting company-wide training initiatives, this role also integrates foundational elements of classroom management, social-emotional learning (SEL), and behavioral support in alignment with best practices in youth development. Additionally, it contributes to regional quality initiatives, including California’s ELO-P standards and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) expectations.Key Responsibilities:
