Training Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Consultant who will design, develop, and implement effective learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute workplace training initiatives while managing project blockers
• Implement training solutions using ADDIE methodology and consult with stakeholders on training needs
• Evaluate and improve training curricula, facilitate programs, and stay updated on innovative training approaches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in leading and designing training programs
• Prior experience in instructional design and adult learning theory
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
