Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or training development, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
• Proficiency in learning management systems and educational technology platforms
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and care coordination
