Trainee Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainee Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and adapt team members to ensure successful integration into the client team
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to identify and address bottlenecks and issues
• Collaborate with Delivery and Account Managers to identify client needs and provide regular performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and key team roles
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher for daily client communication
• Basic analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret information
• Confident use of Google Workspace; experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Basic experience in project management or participation in IT teams through internships, volunteering, or personal projects
