Trade Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trades Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews request inputs/requirements for accuracy and completeness
• Provides end-user support during and after the implementation process
• Monitors service KPIs to identify, submit, and resolve service delivery incidents/problems

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of service-related experience in operations, customer service, or product development
• Comfort level working in multiple technology systems/platforms
• Understanding of relational databases and structures
• SQL experience is a plus
• MS Excel skills with the ability to review data sets
