Track Laborer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Track Laborer - Remote (Decatur, IL).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive spikes and adjust switches as needed
• Move and set cross ties and lengths of steel rail
• Tighten track bolts and ensure track gauge and cross level compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Military experience is a plus
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic
• Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions
• Must meet physical demands including lifting heavy weights and working outdoors
