Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine title reports for mortgage foreclosure transactions
• Identify necessary defendants and parties for judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions
• Utilize online tools for tax and title searches and to plot legal descriptions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of title examination experience, preferably in mortgage foreclosure
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PDF applications
• Experience performing paperless title examinations
• Multi-state examination experience is preferred
