Thermal Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Thermal Process Engineer to lead thermal system design and support product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead thermal performance analysis of heat battery systems, including equipment sizing and heat duty calculations
• Develop and maintain official heat and mass balance for heat battery systems and create Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and technical reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering; a Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
• 3-5 years of professional experience in heat exchangers, boilers, thermal performance engineering, or related fields
• Proficient in technical documentation and datasheet development for various equipment
• Experience with air flow studies and hot air handling equipment
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain high standards of quality in design
