Key Responsibilities

• Monitor therapist performance and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices

• Ensure timely access to clinical support for new therapists and contribute to resource development

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
• Clinical data background is a bonus
• Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
• Coachability and dedication to improvement
