Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner III (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages a caseload of 135 workers' compensation files, including complex claims
  • Conducts investigations and determines compensability of claims while administering benefits
  • Communicates with claimants, providers, and vendors regarding claims issues and maintains case documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Five (5) or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical knowledge of statutory regulations and medical terminology
  • Texas Workers Compensation License
  • Proficient in Word and Excel (preferred)
