Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Education Associate to support a Texas-based education project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection processes for instructional reviewers, including outreach and candidate communications
• Collaborate in developing tools and guidance for evaluating content alignment to educational standards
• Manage quality reviews and oversee the training and support for reviewers during the evaluation process

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in K-12 education, curriculum development, or instructional materials review
• Strong knowledge of educational standards, specifically TEKS, and high-quality instructional materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
