Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect financial professionals and independent advisors for retirement plan product sales
• Prepare and present proposals for retirement plan products and services
• Partner with internal teams to manage territory development and client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 2-4 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in retirement plans or financial services
• Life insurance license required; must obtain Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses within 6 months
• Proactive selling skills are essential
• High level of professionalism and sound judgment
