Texas Licensed Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Quality Assurance in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate staff assignments for Quality Assurance Auditors
  • Conduct training and onboarding for new employees and provide ongoing coaching
  • Perform third level review on coding results and ensure compliance with coding standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • AHIMA or AAPC Credentialed Coder (CPC, COC, CCS, CCS-P or RHIT)
  • 6+ years of ICD-10-CM coding experience with expert knowledge of guidelines
  • 4+ years of experience in an auditor role with feedback on coding accuracy
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
