Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (TX License) to provide virtual mental health care to K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to students
• Conduct initial mental health assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with the care management team and participate in clinical team activities

Required Qualifications and Education

• Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Texas and the state of residence
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
• Ability to pass a Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
• Strong technological skills and experience with digital documentation
• Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or others is a strong plus
