Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support top producing Loan Officers in processing residential mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Process various types of residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting for approval
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely flow and communication with all stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4-5 years of retail loan processing experience
• Experience processing Government (FHA/VA) loans and Conventional loans
• Ability to process 30+ loans per month
• Familiarity with Point and experience with BYTE is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
