Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex, high-exposure litigated claims across multiple jurisdictions
• Direct litigation strategy and collaborate with defense counsel to address case issues
• Provide mentorship and expert guidance to less experienced claims representatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of claims handling experience, including investigation and negotiation of settlements
• Preferred designations include Associate in Claims (AIC), AIM, and CPCU
• Texas-All Lines license preferred
• A valid driver's license is required
