Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gifted and Talented Teacher (K-12).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized and differentiated services for gifted and talented students using innovative virtual teaching methods
• Continuously assess and track student growth, adjusting instructional strategies based on data-driven evaluations
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a rigorous curriculum and assist in planning enrichment activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years working with gifted and talented students
• At least 30 hours of professional development in Gifted/Talented Education
• Experience in a virtual or hybrid learning environment is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Valid Texas teaching certification in Gifted and Talented Education strongly preferred
