Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and implement all aspects of House Bill 1416 to ensure compliance and support academic outcomes
  • Coordinate intervention services and manage data collection and reporting
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide training and support to campus staff
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in education with a focus on academic interventions or instructional leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Valid Texas teaching certificate required
  • Administrator certification (Principal or Mid-Management) preferred
  • Familiarity with HB 4545/HB 1416 legislation and TEA compliance requirements
