Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and responds to customer inquiries or forwards calls appropriately
• Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail while maintaining accurate account history
• Reviews client reports for data integrity and recommends modifications to procedures as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Four or more years of customer service or telephone experience
• Experience with organizational functions and personnel
• Experience with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
• Skilled in the use of help desk software
